Sex with Apple Watch

I want to log sex as an activity with Apple Watch 5 – interesting with heart rate tracking and you're burning a lot of calories too.

The awkward part is that the watch keeps displaying activity details (like time) during sex, switching focus to the performance part a bit...

Is there a way to hide the activity so that the watch would display the default dial face even when it thinks I'm looking at it having sex (cause I'm not)?
