Icloud storage subscription

My iPhone 6s+ got spoilt, so I started using an android (tecno to be precise). But my bank keeps debiting me for my icloud storage subscription. Please how do I stop the icloud storage subscription using my android phone??? Or how do I stop the icloud storage subscription without an iPhone???

Screensharing:

If you have a Mac, perform a chat with Apple Support. Apple Support could run you through the fix that way. Share the screen with them, and tell them what you are doing as you chat with them. I am uncertain about performing it on an Android phone though.


Screenshare with another iPhone:

Call Apple Support with another iPhone. Or... If you friend has an iPhone, ask them if you may use it to screenshare with the Apple Rep. You would:

  1. Open: the Camera App on their iPhone
  2. Put: the iPhone on Speaker
  3. Call: Apple Support
  4. Request: The Apple Rep to screenshare the iPhone
  5. Hover: the iPhone over it your Android device
  6. Show: the Apple Rep what you are trying to do.


What this Does:

This will allow the Apple Rep to see what you are doing first hand. With the speaker enabled, you can talk with the Apple Rep out loud. It's that Simple. Apple will run you through the fix.


Ask for Permission:

But the iPhone owner ask for permission to use their iPhone. Have them right there with you while you are performing the chat session, so that they know what you are doing.


Whom's iPhone to Use:

It would be off of their own Apple Account. Be sure you ask someone you are trustworthy with:

  • Coworker
  • Friend
  • Family Member
  • Peer
  • Neighbor


Lastly...


Important - don't open a window of your bank account. If you must open such a window, ask the Apple Rep to pause the screenshare.
