Offload Apps: How to undo this setting?

Some time ago I set up my iPhone to offload unused apps, but I am finding that I use these apps more than I thought I did and am having to re-download them often. I would like to undo this or change the settings so that there is a longer period of time before the apps get offloaded. How do I change this setting?
