Icloud

Hi I have been paying for 50 GB of storage, but when I check my Macbook it is saying I only have 5GB and that it is full. Not sure what to do.

MacBook, macOS 10.15

Try signing out of System Preferences/iCloud (Apple ID for Catalina, restart your computer, and then sign back in to see if that refreshes the storage.


If necessary contact iCloud Support.
