update problem ios 7.1.2 to 9.3.5

I can not update my 4s ios version 7.1.2 to 9.3.5? In my phone and also itunes both shown that 7.1.2 is the latest version..what's the problem and how to solve this problem please help

That's because you don't have a 4s. You have a 4. 7.1.2 is as far as it can go.
