unable to access my recent inbox

Started my iPad after a long gap may be 8 months .. unable to access my inbox . Can send mail and can see it sent items . However unable to rcv or see recent mails . yahoo it is .

Mail inbox My iPhone 13 mini shows two inboxes. One is greyed out (old problem). Some messages go in to they inbox and I cannot view them. Also sometimes I open the mail App and I can view messages but when I go to another mailbox and return they are not there. The only way to view them again is to close the App and reopen it. Any help appreciated

If I back out of All Inboxes and then go back in, the mail is there. Happens on both iOS and iPadOS, even after a fresh reinstall. I am using a iCloud-Account and two O365-Accounts. This Problems starts with iOS13, i think. I can reproduce is even with the latest iOS16 on a freshly installed (without backup) iPhone 14 Pro. Andy

Delete and reinstall the mail account.

IF that doesn't work then contact yahoo.
