I accidentally pressed the “turn off notifications” button when I looked at a banner notification from Line, after which there were no more notifications in the notification centre (the one where you swipe up on the lock screen). I have gone to settings to turn off its notifications completely, then turned them on again, but the notifications from Line still don’t show up. I am on IOS 13

I’ve turned all three on, but none of them show up.
Also check the notification settings in Application. May be there's a problem within the app.
Go to settings - notifications - select your app - alerts - now select the type of alerts that you want to see for that app
You'll have 3 types - lock screen, notification center & banners
The notifications from Line don’t show up.
