Hi I have an iPad and it’s stuck on the App Store due to the guided access am trying to reboot but it still goes back the App Store being stuck on guided access.What should I do?

I’m having this same issue with our new (2020) iPad Pro. It is stuck in Guided Access; triple-clicking the top button does nothing I’ve clicked it slowly, quickly; many, many times.. and it doesn’t do anything. I’ve tried holding the top button and volume button down together to try and do a hard reboot— nothing. I’m at my wit’s end — I can’t find any meaningful advice online. Help!
