How to retrieve screen time passcode

If you forgot your Screen Time passcode, update your device to the latest iOS or iPadOS then reset your passcode. If you can’t update your device, erase it and set it up as new to remove the passcode and choose a new one. Restoring your device from a backup won't remove your passcode.

Parental controls.     

If you can't update your IOS, you will need to restore the device to factory settings. Do not restore from a backup made when the Screen Time code was active.

Restore to Factory setting.      

You can’t retrieve it. You can only reset it and you have to be updated to iOS version 13.4 or newer.
