My watch is not responding hard reset. This happened after recent update. What to do?

This happens when watch was placed for charging. After using for a while when battery was running low, I placed the watch on charger. After 4 hours when I pick my watch, I found only Apple logo is displayed on screen. Then I tried to hard reset watch, same logo appear and blink. No progress from that.
Try this;
Is the watch charged? and is the screen on?
Nothing is visible, except Apple logo.
I updated my watch series 3 and it’s not powering on after that
