charging

Is it okay to leave my macbook pro charging even if it is already 100% charged just so I it will not run out of battery because I am doing something on it? Is it safe and does it not harm battery life?

Is it bad to keep MacBook Pro charged in all the time ? I have my MacBook Pro charged in and once it charges till 100% I just leave the charger connected to the MacBook Pro. Reason behind this is because I am still using it, whenever I shut down my MacBook Pro, I always unplug the charger from it. It's OK since MacBook Pro is not over charged.

And it's safe and doesn't harm anything.
