How come I can’t see ‘Recently Deleted’ Notes saved in my yahoo mail?

How come I can’t see ‘Recently Deleted’ Notes saved in my yahoo mail? Even when I checked the Notes app settings and in the Notes app itself, none.

You will see recently deleted folder only for iCloud and "On My iPhone"

Not for Google, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other

My apologies for not explaining properly. This was the sequence: Open Notes App-> Shows ICloud, Gmail, Yahoo-> Open dropdown arrow of ICloud-> Only Notes appear, No Recently Deleted. Also same process and same result when opening Gmail and Yahoo folders. Please help. Thank you.
