I’ve minimized size of photos in my phone, now I can’t send to anyone WHY?
How do I send photos thru text and email after minimizing for storage them in cloud?

When you use the 'optimize storage' option in iCloud, only low resolution images are stored on your phone. When you want to forward a picture by text or email the full resolution picture has to be downloaded from the cloud so you need to make sure that you are either on WiFi or that you have cellular data enabled for photos.
