HomeKit broken

Ever since i've opened the homekit app its has never worked it just says "loading accessories and scenes"

and never goes of that page, ive tried many things to. get it to work but the only thing is to sign out of icloud but as soon as i log back into icloud it doesn't work 😕, i read ages ago that its something todo with the homekit icloud data being corrupt but when i call apple they don't really do anything they suggest just not using icloud?! but i need to use icloud for backups and notes etc , so i'm stuck and i don't. know what to do
