Cannot open open subscriptions

I recently downloaded an app on free trial. After checking it out I decided it’s not worth it and wants to cancel the subscription before i get billed for it. But I can’t open my subscriptions no matter what I do.

I go to settings click on my id and when I hit on subscriptions they tell me cannot connect. I’m frustrated!
