So my nephew downloaded some games
and it was expensive... my bank took it off and shipped me a new card... now whenever I try to go into the App Store or iTunes it says they were both disabled?????
You will need to contact iTunes Support. See this link --> If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support
