My amazon prime membership provides a photo backup so I don’t need Apple iCloud backup for photos which is probably why I don’t have enough room for backup to cloud. Is there a way that I can turn off the photo backup?

My amazon prime membership provides free unlimited photo backup! My iPhone is not backup to cloud (not enough space). Is there a way iphone can back phone up to cloud without the photos? Or is Apple trying to force me to buy more space to allow backups???

Before turning off iCloud, be sure to transfer your photos/videos to your computer or an external hard drive first. After you can upload it from either one to your Amazon account.

Archive or make copies of the information you store in iCloud - Apple Support.
