I have an hp Chromebook, is there anyway I can update my iphones ios with this? my phone says it cannot be done using wifi/ wireless. i need the new ios update asap! thanks

You need a Mac or PC.
You can't use a Chromebook.
You cannot install iTunes on a Chromebook, so it cannot be used to update iOS. Take a look at the troubleshooting steps in this support document for over the air updates, and see if that helps. You don't indicate why it cannot be done over wi-fi. If your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch won’t update - Apple Support But, if you need a computer, you will need Windows or a Mac.
