Subscription issue: I upgraded one of my adobe softwares

I was billed and debited for this upgrade and it never reflected in the App, I am still asked to upgrade each time I open it to use. I spoke to customer upper from Adobe and I was asked to report this to Apple, please I need this problem rectified or my money refunded as the App is pretty much useless to me now.
