How to type @ on a qwertz imac keyboard
iMac 21.5", macOS 10.15
It employs dead keys to type accented characters like “é”, and the AltGr key to access characters in the third level (e.g. “[”, “]”, “@”, the euro sign “€”, or the micro- “µ”). The “T2” layout as specified in the 2012 edition of the German standard also uses the group selection to access special characters like the long s, or foreign characters like “Æ” or “Ə”.
QWERTZ keyboards usually change the right Alt key into an Alt Gr key to access a third level of key assignments.
So it seems Right alt key+Q key

It depends on what Input Source you have chosen in system preferences/keyboard/input sources. If you have German, it will be Option L. If you have German Standard, it will be Option Q. If you have Swiss German, it will be Option G.
It looks like the Q key and some modifier key:
Maybe the Shift key. If not you'll have to experiment with the different modifier keys.
