The touch screen for iPhone 11

Hi everyone, I have a question and honestly am lost

I feel there is smth wrong with the “touch behavior ’” in my new iPhone 11

its still brand new , I have taken the old info from my previous phone

the issue is that sometimes when I touch it doesn’t respond directly

I really don’t know is it me or not !!

For example : If I press “back” on the up left corner or (close ) on up right it doesn’t respond directly sometimes !

If I press the icon for keyboards, also it happens that it clicks and the color dims but the keyboard doesn’t change so I have to press with wider finger “surface” for it to respond

I contacted apple , I forced restart , I deleted data and restored them again

still the same !

now I update it to the new iOS but still same issue

is it me ?!! Or it’s the phone !!

Its brand new tho !!!

note:

I have changed my screen protector to a new one with high sensitivity
