I have a problem with the purchase, this message appears a lot and causes me inconvenience, and I am new to using your products. I do not have enough experience. Please help me.

I have a disabled account and I cannot access it and the account is linked on my iPad and I cannot log in to the iPad I have tried to recover the account but I do not have the information that enables me to recover the account I just mention the account address

Please help to solve this problem
