iCloud Question

Once photos uploaded to iCloud, is it possible to delete the photos in iPhone but keep in the iCloud? just want to free more storage space for iPhone.

No. If you delete from iCloud, it'll be deleted everywhere you're signed in with your Apple ID & password.
