keys wont work
the "b" and "n" keys wont work until I hold them for a long time or double press them. this glitch prevents me from writing my reports. my device is macbook pro 2017. PLEASE HELP

You will need to get the laptop repaired. If Apple Stores or AASPs are not open in your area, then click on the "Contact Support" link at the top right of this page to see your options. In some regions it may be possible to mail the laptop to Apple for the repair.
