Hi, my iPhone got disabled but is because my screen is really bad the touch but I was trying to get in and I got that my phone get disable soo I want to get back all what my phone has and it wasn’t my fault how can you help me?

If your screen didn't respond to touch or was defective you had to stop trying and have it inspected/repaired.
In such a situation, you can regain access to your iPhone, but if you do not have a backup, you won't retrieve any data, sorry, except the files that eventually you synced to your iCloud storage.
These are the instructions to remove the passcode:--> If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled
