I login in to my Ipad with an old Apple ID, which I don`t use anymore and don`t have the password. I try to reset the password but I forgot the security questions and don`t have access to the email which I believe is a @me.com, creating a loop I don`t seem able to get our of... My Ipad is useless now cause I just can enter it.

if you are the original owner, contact Apple. They can remove the Activation Lock if provided the required paperwork. Either take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store (if it has reopened)

You are welcome. You can try going to wherever you bought it to see if they have a copy of the receipt. If you bought it on line from Apple, go to apple.com, scroll to the bottom of the page and check Order Status.
