Is anyone else currently having a problem setting up apple tv with their tv provider? It keeps saying technical problem.

Who is your TV provider? The issue, if widespread, may not be for every TV provider.

Maybe there is a technical problem at the TV provider’s side. So do (also) try to contact them about your issue.
