Apple Music streaming

Normally I would add an album to my library and play different songs from it as I please. Lately my music doesn’t play if it’s not downloaded. When I press a non-downloaded song, it gives me a error screen. I want to know why it’s like this and how to fix it if possible

What error message are you seeing? It almost sounds like streaming/cell data is not enabled

Where it would normally give the title of the song and a picture of the album cover, its blank and says “not playing”
