Could not open downloaded iTunes

I accidentally deleted my iTunes. When I tried to download it, I could not open the files because the operating system was too new for it. I am using OsMac version 10.15.4 now but iTunes ask for version 10.10.5 or earlier. How do I do now?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.15

iTunes does not exists on Catalina,

They have split it up into - finder, music, podcast, tv and audiobooks
