If you're sure you used the correct gestures with volume up and volume down, AND you hold your right side (power) button UNTIL the Apple logo appears (it might take also 30-45 seconds, I suggest that you try again) and nothing happens, you need to have your device inspected at an Apple STore or AASP, when they reopen.
