I did command-option-8 what is the opposite because now my dokument is messed up
I accidentally did command-option-8 and now my dokument is messed up and zoomed out in a weird way, what is the opposite command?

What happens if you do command-option-8 again?
Try control scroll.
Have a look at System Preferences > Accessibility > Zoom.
