Won’t Lock/Unlock When Closing Smart Cover - Brand New iPad Pr
My brand new iPad Pro 12.9 2020, won’t lock/unlock when I close my Smart Cover. It’s running iOS 13.5. I do not have the lock/unlock option under display brightness settings.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.
