Can I still use apple supported apps if I don't have an apple product

Apps which run on a Mac or an iPhone can't be run on other platforms. Versions of iTunes and Apple Music are available on Windows, and Apple Music on Android. That's about it, though there are a number of apps not made by Apple for which there are other versions, such as Filemaker Pro.

Not sure what you are asking but if you are trying to use Apple apps on a non-Apple device then that will not be possible.
