If you have an iPhone 6 it cannot be upgraded to iOS 13. You can upgrade it to iOS 12.4.7 after May 20, 2020.

Unfortunatly you can't update a model 6 or 6+ beyond iOS 12.4.7 version, because of hardware incompatibility
