Since software update 13.4.1 I lost some important features

When I want to do some work on a photo, I can not gradualy rotate a photo if I made it slightly or more out of line; only the basic flip function is saved (90o rotation). I see this as a major loss of high standard.

Also: I can not buy anymore through the iTunes Store...
