Vibrations and crackling when using camera and some web pages through Facebook

My husband and I both have iPhone XR’s and are both experiencing similar issues. When he uses his camera, on every setting except for slow motion, the image vibrates and there is a crackling sound through the speaker. When I look at webpages through Facebook, my screen vibrates. We have done the most recent update and the problems are still happening.
