Lost Shazams
My phone crashed and I had to re-load the app however, all my previous shazams are gone from my LGG6 ? I don't ever re-call using an email for Shazam when I first uploaded the app.
your phone is by LG and not an iphone?

Thank you for responding. Yes, that is correct. When I went online to search Shazam and clicked on help it brought me to the Apple Forum? I thought it was odd however, I never contacted Shazam before so I was not clear if it was an Apple Based App or not?

Hi Jade, a lot of apps run on several types of phone.
If your phone is LG you probably will not get much help here
