How can I get rid of scratches on my iPad screen?

Hello,
I am sorry, you cannot. Once glass is scratched it cannot be repaired.
If the scratches are not real deep, one thing that can be used is a non-abrasive automotive paste or liquid wax applied to the iPad's screen ( stay away from the iPad's screen edges and Home button area ).
Apply one or two thin coats, with a sponge applicator, let haze ( do not let fully dry ) and buff off the excess with a microfiber cloth.
The wax should fill in any superficial scratches in the glass.
