I I need to transfer all my info and data from my old iPhone to my new iPhone

When you set up your new iPhone it should give you the option to Quick Connect to do that. Otherwise you can backup the old iPhone and set up your new iPhone from the backup.

I have a iPhone 7 and want to make sure everything is transferred to that phone.

I got a new iphone when they tried to transfer my latest backup it locked up. Technition said for me to do it through Itunes.
