iTunes Problem

I am unable to login on Itunes downloaded on my Windows 10 laptop for last 2 months, i have tried to change the password a few times, tried to download the latest version of itunes.


All other family members are able to login with their login id and password except me


Whenever i try the mkessaqge i get is " Verification Failed. There was an error connecting to Apple ID Server"


Please let me know what to do

Check that the date and time are set correctly on your computer. Ideally you should allow it to update itself automatically. Disable any VPN software you might be using.
