iTunes Problem

I am unable to login on Itunes downloaded on my Windows 10 laptop for last 2 months, i have tried to change the password a few times, tried to download the latest version of itunes.


All other family members are able to login with their login id and password except me


Whenever i try the mkessaqge i get is " Verification Failed. There was an error connecting to Apple ID Server"


Please let me know what to do
