Spotify showing up on Screen time. Don't have app and we don't use it in a browser.

I'm stumped. I set up screen time on my sons phone and linked it to my account. Spotify is showing up as being used several minutes a day. No devices have Spotify installed and we don't use Spotify in a browser. We all use Apple Music. Why is this happening? I even set a limit on the Spotify app for 1 minute and I blocked the Spotify website on my sons phone. As of right now, it says it has been used for 24 minutes. Can anyone help? It sounds like somebody hacked my sons phone, but I logged into icloud on computer and there was only one device listed. Thanks!
