how do i fix it ? i tried updating it through the computer but it still popped of saying ‘ cellular update fail ‘

I have an iphone 11 Pro Max, software version showing is 13.6, but I'm still getting the message "Cellular Update Failed Your iPhone cannot make and receive calls or access cellular data until it has been updated." Learn More or OK. I went to learn more and followed all the steps including checking the cellular network and removing the SIM card, but I'm still getting the same message. Please advise ASAP. Thanks!
What I am gathering is that Apple will repair my phone free. I've made an appointment with my local Apple Store for Monday and am hopeful I'll not have to purchase another phone. Thank you for this information.

Iphone 7, cellular update failed, no call capability, ios is up to date, lap top uses, Catalina, 10.15.5.

I took my phone into the authorized repair shop, they sent it to Apple for verification, expect 7-10 days to either get it back or get a new phone, I’ll keep you posted
