You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly from Apple, either online or at an Apple Retail Store, can be returned to Apple.

I was on the phone with my back because my credit card was back I rushed my orders and I picked the wrong phone I wanna the 11 pro Max. Was placing my order while she was waiting on me to summit my order. This phone is small I changed the size but I till can see well. Hope you can help me.
