How do I email my apple watch workout data?

When I try to email the data, it only emails an image of the ring! I want to email/export the actual data! i.e. distance, time, heart rate, k/joules, etc.

  1. Open the Health app on iPhone.
  2. Tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
  3. Scroll down to the bottom of the Health profile and tap on “Export Health Data”
  4. Tap on “Export” to confirm that you want to export Health data and start the exporting process, it may take a while to complete.
  5. It saves the files in .xml format inside a zip file.
