Trouble downloading the Macos Catalina

When I try downloading the Macos Catalina I get an error message that says the recovery server could not be contacted.....how can i fix this?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.12

Sounds silly, but what Browser did you stet with?

Running any VPNs, Anti-virus, or Cleaning Apps?

No, I can't run Catalina nor do I have any desire to, just trying to figure out your problem. :)
