Hi,
It's not possible to gain back battery. Lithium-ion batteries age and slowly lose capacity over time. You can learn more about Apple's batteries and how to maximize battery performance here: https://www.apple.com/batteries/
Once you get to 80% or less battery, Apple generally recommends a replacement. It's offered free with AppleCare+ or $49 or $69 without AppleCare+. You can learn more about battery replacements here: https://support.apple.com/iphone/repair/service/battery-power
