Apple ID subscriptions
When I purchase an app subscription on my iPhone using my Apple ID account linked to my credit card, does the purchase also show up on my mobile carrier phone bill?

No. iTunes Store purchases will only be listed on the phone bill if you've specified that as your payment method; this is only possible with a limited number of carriers.
