Dot on the screen of Apple Watch 4 40mm

i bought a second-hand Apple Watch Series 4 40mm. When it arrived, i noticed a black spot on the screen ( as photo attached). What is it about? What can i do?

Apple Watch Black Mark?? Hey people with Apple Watches… I just got a Series 8(?) Apple Watch yesterday, and today I noticed a small black mark in the lower left corner… I tried resetting the watch and changing displays and it isn’t going away. I haven’t brought it near water and I literally just got it so I don’t really know what’s wrong. Is this normal?
