First time shopping from an apple store and it got returned.

Hello all,

I don't have an apple store in my country. So, I decided for the first time to buy from the closest country that has Apple store and then ship it to a forwarding mail service. And that what happened, I bought a MacBook pro and it shipped ok. However, the forwarding mail service refused to take the parcel from UPS and shipped it back.

it appears that Apple has started the return process? Right? Can you tell me?

What should I do now? Just wait untill Apple refund me?

I cannot print return shipping label as I don't have the device.
