How Can I convert the photo from the I phone to pdf and send this to email.
iPhone 8 Plus, iOS 12
Have to send this photo as pdf or else it won’t allow me in the attachment for email must be only pdf kindly can you help to explain what needs doing to send a photo from your I phone as a pdf the I hav to forward this to an email which the reviver only provide pdf files
You can open it in Preview and do a Save As to a PDF. Problem is, you have no quality control in Preview for PDF settings. It will always butcher the embedded image down to a highly compressed, 72 dpi JPEG.
I don't who your receiver is, but that it appears they will only accept PDFs tells me that have no clue what they're doing.
Transferring a file through a browser requires whoever owns the site to provide a function on the page to do that. Since we don't know who you're referring to, it isn't possible to answer the question.
It looks like you have Mail open on an iPhone. Click the icon of the paper clip to add the PDF as an attachment.
And apologies, I just now realized you're trying to send the photo from your iPhone as a PDF. I'm not sure if there's a way to do that at all in iOS.
I'd say you'll have to transfer the photo to a Mac or Windows computer, make a PDF out of it there, then email it from that device.
Thanks Karl
Much appriciated, many thanks!
wishing you a pleasant evening
Apologies Karl..
thanks for patience!!
can you assist further.. please many thanks
You may lose its original resolution. However you may try this with third party apps on App Store.
Thabks for trying to help
sorry i have downloaded the Acrobat but still dont know how to do it can you pls assist
Does all the apps for rhe pdf costs money per monthly subscriptipn
There's no reason at all to do that. All you're doing is stuffing an image into a container file. Just send them the photo as is.
Apologies for the poor explication pls feel free to ask further questions
many thanks
Thanks for any response really appreciate any help.
Hi Karl thanks so much for your kind reply. Yes when I go to the browser i somehow cant attach the pdf. Pls where can i find it to be attachéd.
Really appreciate any assistance
What site or service are you sending the photo to?
You could download the Pages app, create a file, add the picture and then save as a PDF.
